2024 National PLAN Alliance Annual Conference Location
The 2024 NPA Conference will be held at Hotel Kansas City, a historic gem located in the heart of downtown Kansas City.

This iconic building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, and its history dates back to the origin of the prestigious Kansas City Club. Visitors can still admire its original qualities and timeless design, including the Club’s champagne bar which is now the Lobby Café.
In addition to enjoying the gorgeous stained-glass windows of the Tudor Ballroom where our conference will be hosted, guests can dine and enjoy cocktails at the hotel restaurant, The Town Company, which honors local culinary traditions and is led by James Beard-nominated Executive Chef Johnny Leach. When you’re ready to step out on the town, the hotel is surrounded by exciting local restaurants and bustling nightlife.
A special group rate is available now through Tuesday, March 26, 2024, for conference sponsors and attendees at $189 per night, per room on a first come, first served basis. You may also call Hotel Kansas City Reservations at 1-816-685-1228 and book your hotel room(s) within the room block, which will be listed under “National PLAN Alliance.” After the group rate cut-off date, rooms will be on a space and rate availability basis, subject to applicable fees and taxes. A credit card and guarantee are required with all reservation requests. Rooms may be canceled 48 hours prior to your reservation date for a full refund.
