Conference Agenda

Wednesday, April 30 & Thursday, May 1, 2025

The conference opens at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. It will feature an exciting mix of topics from featured speakers, panelists and roundtable hosts that address best practices and critical issues trending in our industry. Plus, we’ll jumpstart the event with an interactive keynote presentation!

Keynote Session by Brandi Spurling of Sage Culture Co.

Exclamations of frustration with new generational expectations are nothing new to the workplace. And they’re not going away anytime soon. Instead of looking at these differences with pessimism, what if we swapped it out for curiosity? Join us for a fast-paced, interactive session where we’ll dig deeper than the behaviors that we’re measuring as good or bad and get curious about what’s motivating them, what’s influencing them, and what values might be hiding underneath. Ultimately, you’ll be able to walk away equipped to start meaningful conversations in order to create understanding and a world where we not only expect there to be differences but we begin championing them to build teams that can thrive in any environment!
