Ad artwork will need to be uploaded when you submit your Sponsor Profile information for the conference app. Materials must be submitted by Monday, April 27 at 5 p.m. CT to be guaranteed inclusion in the app.
Exhibitor space placement is based on sponsorship level and availability. You will find a place card on the table selected for you when you arrive to exhibit. National Plan Alliance has designed the conference space to maximize visibility for all of our exhibitors.
Set Up: Tuesday, May 5, 2026, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Tear Down: Thursday, May 7, 2025, 2:45 - 4:45 p.m.

Each exhibitor package comes with one 6-foot rectangular table, two chairs, a tabletop sign with company name and logo printed, a printed copy of the conference attendee list, access to food functions held in the exhibit area, and admittance for one person to on-site for breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Wednesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 7, 2026. (A $250 fee applies for any additional meal guest for the two-day conference.)
To ensure the safe arrival of your exhibit signage and other materials, please ship them to arrive or drop them off at Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza. Packages should not arrive any earlier than 3 days before the conference. Packages that arrive earlier than 3 days will be subject to a storage fee of $10 per package per day for everyday that have to be held outside of the 3-day window.
