EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

Exhibit space is assigned to sponsors on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibit location is determined by the National PLAN Alliance.  Exhibit space will be guaranteed when sponsorship is paid in full.

Set Up: Wednesday, April 29, 2022 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Tear Down: Friday, May 1, 2022 2:45 – 4:45 PM

  • One 6-foot rectangular table, draped and skirted
  • Two chairs 
  • Tabletop sign with company name and logo
  • Printed attendee list
  • Access to food functions held in the exhibit area
  • Admittance for one person to on-site breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Thursday and Friday, April 30 and May 1, 2022.  A $250 fee applies for any additional meal guest for the two-day conference
  • The opportunity for one person to attend all educational sessions & all other conference programs

EXHIBIT MATERIALS PROCESSING & HANDLING

To ensure the safe arrival of your exhibit signage and other materials, please ship to arrive or drop off to the hotel up to one week before the conference and no later than Saturday, April 25, 2022.  Additional fees may apply for shipped items.  Please ship your items to:  Your First and Last Name, Your Company Name, c/o Hyatt Regency Morristown, 3 Speedwell Ave, Morristown, NJ 07960. Mark each package with “For Exhibit Area, National PLAN Alliance Annual Conference 2022”.
